GuilFest 2008 took place at Stoke Park, Guilford in Surrey from Friday 4th to Sunday 6th July 2008.

This festival has a lovely friendly and laid-back vibe. Unlike some other festivals, you can immediately feel that this festival is being run to give everyone a great time, rather than to get rich quick!

On the music side the three headliners were, The Levellers headlining the opening night on Friday, Blondie who headlined on the Saturda and The Australian Pink Floyd Show which brought the festival to a close on the Sunday. Other acts were Carbon/Silicon, System 7, 3 Daft Monkeys, Les McKeown's Bay City Rollers, 65daysofstatic, Fightstar, The Blackout, The Ghost of a Thousand, Foy Vance, Wills and the Willing, The Egg, Hallucinogen, KraftyKuts, Zucchero, Kula Shaker, From the Jam, Cerys Mathews, Freak Power, The Aliens, Bowling for Soup, Richie Havens, The Damned, Seth Lakeman, Royworld, Babyhead, Sonic Boom Six, and Dreadzone.
