Joe Satriani hit the Hammersmith Apollo stage with his excellent band and preformed old songs, new songs and stuff in the middle. The venue was a sell out and was a great venue for a guitar legend like Satriani. His gigs always seem to attract an eclectic mix of people young and old and this was no exception. Thousands of would be guitarists wistfully thinking "I wish I could do that!".
